Our newly finished condo has a large open main floor. Theres a beautiful and well appointed kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker (A whole pot or just a cup, your choice!) and a large island with stools, and a large dining table with 6 chairs. You will find the space opens to the living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a smart TV.

The top floor has 2 large bedrooms that each have their own private en suite bathroom. One bathroom is a shower, and one is a tub/shower combo. They both come with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers for your convenience.

There is a 2 car garage with additional free parking on the street. It is a beautiful, quiet, and safe residential neighborhood just minutes from the shopping and dining on the Coralville strip and minutes driving to the University and Kinnick stadium (Go Hawks!).
